Once upon a time, it would have seemed inconceivable to think that former Hollywood A-list actress Sharon Stone would have trouble finding a date. But as the saying goescelebrities, theyre just like us!which is why, in 2019, Ms. Stone has likewise turned to apps to seek romance.
Unfortunately, as yet another saying goes, fame comes not without a pricewhich is why the Basic Instinct star ran into a bit of trouble while trying to use the dating website Bumble, due to the fact of her literally being Sharon Stone.
I went on the @bumble dating sight and they closed my account, Stone tweeted late Sunday night. Some users reported that it couldnt possibly be me! Hey @bumble, is being me exclusionary?
Dont shut me out of the hive, she added, including a screenshot informing her that she had been blocked on suspicion that her profile was a fake.

Suffice to say, people were not without sympathy for her predicament, as many others on Twitter jumped into the fray to demand justice for Sharon Stone and her deactivated Bumble account. Can a woman live, for hecks sake??

Umm, get Sharon Stone back on your wretched grid this goddamn instant and apologize for the audacity.
Take out a few thousand Finance Bros whose bios are a string of flag emojis if you need to make server space, you fools.

Others responded with humor. Imagine finding Sharon Stone on bumble but you decide to report her account instead of shooting your shot, accurately wrote one user.

But as fate would have it, the editorial director for Bumble, Clare OConnor, saw Stones plea for help and jumped in to save the day.
Were on the case. Trust us, we *definitely* want you in the Hive, OConnor. Well get back to you ASAP.
